　祝　創立110周年！

　谷中小学校は創立110周年を迎えました。この欄では1１０周年を祝う行事の様子などをお知らせいたします。是非ご覧下さい。

谷中小学校音楽クラブ金管バンド　＆　上野中学校吹奏楽部
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ジョイントコンサート
　5月19日（土）3校時、本校体育館にて本校音楽クラブの金管バンドと上野中学校吹奏楽部とのジョイントコンサートが催されました。会場には児童だけでなく、保護者の皆様・地域の皆様も沢山お見えになり、大盛況でした。アンコールでは「上を向いて歩こう」を音楽クラブと上野中学校吹奏楽部の合奏に合わせて全員で歌いました。会場は温かな一体感に包まれ、すばらしい会になりました。

東日本大震災に伴う福島第１原発の事故を受けて、給食の内容についてお知らせをいたします。
谷中小学校では食材の安全を確認し調理を行っております。
ご覧頂き、安心してお召し上がり頂く一助としていただければ幸いです。
After the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant disaster, the radiation in the food has been a concern.
Due to these concerns, Yanaka Elementary school has taken the precaution to check the safety of the ingredients in the school lunches and can confirm that the school lunches are safe to eat.

平成23年3月11日に起きた、東日本大震災で被災された方々へ、図工科の授業を通して子供たちが絵や言葉で励ます思いを表す活動をしました。

　｢美しい風景を描いて、絵を見た人が心和むように｣
　｢元に戻った未来の町を描こう｣
　｢温かいご飯や家族の絵を描いて、ほっとした気持ちを思い出してもらいたい｣　……

一人一人が思いを伝えようと考えて描きました。
この思いが一人でも多くの人に届くことを、
そして、この思いを胸に成長した子供たちが将来の世界で人のために頑張ってくれることを願っています。

谷中小学校では｢小学生発！Pray for Japan｣に参加し、ここで公開した画像は下記サイトでも広く公開しています。是非ご覧ください。

To encourage and give hope to the victims of the March 11th East Japan Earthquake and subsequent Tsunami, the students at Yanaka Elementary did activities in Art class.

"I wish my painting of a beautiful landscape may help heal the people in the devastated regions..."
"I want to draw a future town that is reconstructed..."
"I'm going to draw a family at a table to help remind them of days before the disaster..."

　Each student painted a painting to send their sympathies to the victims of the disaster.
　We truly wish that these feelings will reach as many people as possible.... and the students will grow up to be able to help people around the world.

　Yanaka Elementary School takes part in "Pray for Japan."
